How are orders shipped?
Prints ship in a rigid cardboard mailer to keep them flat and protected.
Canadian print orders ship via Canada Post Lettermail, which is untracked. If you'd like to add tracking to a Canadian order, select the tracking option at checkout.
US print orders ship via Canada Post Tracked Small Packet, so you'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
All original artwork ships with tracking, regardless of destination.
How long does delivery take?
These are estimates from Canada Post and can vary, especially during busy seasons:
Canada (Lettermail): 2–4 weeks
USA (Tracked Small Packet): 3–6 weeks
Will I have to pay tariffs or customs fees? (US customers)
No. Original art falls under HTS code 9701 in the US tariff schedule, which covers original paintings, drawings, and pastels. Art prints fall under 4911 and have historically been duty-free under CUSMA. We don't anticipate any additional charges, but cannot guarantee exemption.
In the unlikely event that duties or tariffs are applied, these are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & refunds
All sales are final. Because prints are offered at an accessible price point, I'm not able to accept returns or exchanges.
